Laser treatment

Laser treatment

This treatment is laser radiation in a very small range, safe for humans. It is one of the methods of physiotherapy. The therapeutic effect is achieved as a result of the action of quantum particles (light flux), and also due to electromagnetic stimulation of metabolic processes.

Laser therapy has analgesic, anti-inflammatory, spasmolytic effects, activates metabolic processes at the cellular level, stimulates the recovery processes, improves blood circulation in organs and soft tissues. In addition, it produces a mild sedative and relaxing effect, has an immunomodulating, fortifying effect, suppresses allergic reactions, releases and removes salt and slag from the body.

It is used in orthopedics for the treatment of osteochondrosis, osteoporosis, posture disorders, stenosis of the vertebral canal, flat feet, treatment of herniated discs, instability of vertebrae, spondylosis, etc.

Especially effective is laser treatment of osteochondrosis of the cervical spine. In this case, the impact through the anterolateral surface of the neck is used, since with this arrangement of the radiator the distance from it to the intervertebral disc is only 4-5 cm.

The advantages of this technique are:

-          No need for a large number of medications;

-          activation of the body's own defense mechanisms and hidden resources;

-          improvement of microcirculation facilitating unhindered penetration into cartilage of medicinal products, applied orally or intramuscularly;

-          possibility of outpatient therapy.
